Treejumps 0 #1 August 24, 2005 Anyone familiar with a 269? Pros and cons? Thanks
CReWLL 0 #2 August 24, 2005 The Singer 269 is a very good machine, based on a 31-15. Adjustable width and length (limited by the throat plate), the stitch count and pattern are non-adjustable. You can get all kinds of cams for it, Box-X, bar-tack, straight-tack, boxes, etc.....
marinho 0 #3 August 24, 2005 The singer 269 is a great machine. I have one for sale, complete, 42 stitches for reline canopies and anything your imagination can do! I used to make all bunch of stuff with this machine like PC's, risers, gear bags and etc... E-mail me if have any questions. sales@riggingsolutions.usGus Marinho
masterrigger1 2 #4 August 25, 2005 You must have seen the one on EBay for $150.00!! They are good machines but you do have to know how they work and care for them. I have seven of them running in my shop and they all seem to do well! The cams and parts to fix them are getting more costly and harder to find, but still worth it! Pfaffs 3334's are more common in the rigging world it seems.
