We have also had difficulty with local environmental groups in regards to expansion of one of our facilities. So... as part of a personal goal (we have to have x amount of personal / professional goals per year). I got involved with a group that monitors water quality in the area. Goal: have a company event to show our support to the community. I am grossly disappointed in Sr. Management / employees. Out of the local staff (approx. 225 people between all sister co.), only 3 people are participating. Sometimes people are all talk..... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr g"Let's do something romantic this Saturday... how bout we bust out the restraints?"
