Yep, you're right with regard to the speed. After thinking about it some I remembered him saying that our crusing speed was 175 knots, which is 201 mph. I'm sure there were times we were going faster though, although I don't know by how much. I didn't bother asking too many questions; I'd much rather sit back & enjoy myself.
Edited to add: I gotta' win the lottery... I love anything aviation, but it all costs so much!
Ralffers, of all the types of planes I've flown, the T-34 was one of my favs.
Especially after they fixed that whole "wing fallen off during flight" thing....!!!
