I did laugh my ass off when Richard Simmons showed up on the "Whose Line Is It Anyway" variety show. I'd do Billy Blank's Tae Bo workout instead but I will either tear my hamstring or kick a lamp over by accident. Chasing my 3 year old around and home improvements are what keeps me going.
