I would make a roast beef but not just any roast beef sammich. It would be cooked that morning. Thinly sliced so when you take a bite of the sammich the whole piece of meat doesnt come out. But thick enough that you will get the right amount of meat. Slightly toasted bread which of course would have been made that morning as well. Light on the mayo bite size pieces of lettuce with a piece of tomato and your choice of pepper jack cheese or munster.
