shropshire 0 #5 March 28, 2009 Old? depends upon your perspecive. I loved my Moto Guzzi Le Mans II - fantastic bike. I also had a Ducati 900ss Desmo Darmah- temperamental beast and sounded like the devil fartingand I think that you'll find Squeak will chime in if he see's that piccie - he's a very keen Italian fan too. BillyVance 34 #6 March 28, 2009 I'm pretty sure the Barber Motorsports Museum in Leeds, AL (near Birmingham) has one of those too. They've got just about near near every motorcycle model ever made, and still adding to the collection. It's the world's largest privately owned collection. A real gem that sits next to the Barber race track (that several Indy drivers, including Danica Patrick recently did a test session on)."Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people." - SIX TIME National Champion coach Nick Saban

skyjumpenfool 2 #8 March 29, 2009 They have club days at BIR (brainerd international raceway) in Minnesots every summer. Lots of older bikes show up and take laps. This year, their introducing a new track designed with motorcycles in mind. More turns, eliminating the long straight aways. Should be very cool. http://www.brainerdraceway.com/schedule/2009_partial.html Two Wheels under Blue Skies!Birdshit & Fools Productions "Son, only two things fall from the sky." Pokerstar 0 #10 March 29, 2009 That sounds like a bunch of fun! I have an '87 BMW R80RT that I need to dig out of the garage soon, if it ever warms up! My friends did a track day at brainerd last fall with the corvette club, but i couldnt make it. I track a 2001 Boxster S, I am nowhere NEAR good enough on a bike to think about that!Fortunately, I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug, uh, regimen to keep my mind, you know, uh, limber. --- The Dude ---
