So far I've talked to few unbiased people who dislike them. Riggers are generally impressed with the construction.
jamostar 0 #27 October 3, 2005 do you really want the latest not-so-time-tested first generation design to be your life-saving device? edited to add: no one will admit to spending over a thousand bucks on not "the best" rig. The moment you decide to buy one, even if it's a dolphin or racer it becomes the best peice of skydiving technology out there. Aerodyne is like "toyota" nothin wrong with them, will last a long time, and be reliable. But you can only get "so-much" performance out of a toyota before you need a true high-end design. I personally don't want life saving devices to not be high-end.Sig lines are so stupid.
Fab 0 #28 October 3, 2005 I have an icon and am still very pleased with it... Also if I was planning to buy a new car it would also consider a toyota avensis.....Toyota is indeed very reliable and durable..it's a quality car. Damn...this doesn't look good ...do you think I'm gambling with my life? I think what it comes to is indeed what you said "no one will admit to spending over a thousand bucks on not the best rig". The same statement applies to you as well. _______________________________________
popsjumper 2 #29 October 3, 2005 Don't bother....jamostar's credibility has been blown many times over in this and other threads. (also posted in other threads)My reality and yours are quite different. I think we're all Bozos on this bus.
