AggieDave 6 #2 February 3, 2009 Was it rap or was it rap-ish southern rock? If it was on a pop type station, then it was probably Kid Rock's All Summer Long. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZPRft4pQRSM--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." DiverMike 5 #4 February 3, 2009 I think Warren Zevon is rolling over in his grave because Kid Pebble used the riffs from Werewolves of London for this song. For the same reason I jump off a perfectly good diving board.

The worst part was the bad ripoff of a sort-of Gary Rossington-style lead riff. Someone should be beaten for that.

Pokerstar 0 #7 February 4, 2009 I absolutely love Warren Zevons music, and watching Kid Rock on Soundstage, or Behind the Music talking about All Summer Long, he paid great homage to Zevon. I ws actually very impressed with Kid Rocks explanations of his songs, and the inspiration behind them. He was very well spoken, and likable. I am now a fan!Fortunately, I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug, uh, regimen to keep my mind, you know, uh, limber. --- The Dude ---
gearless_chris 1 #8 February 4, 2009 There is a rap type version of Sweet Home Alabama by B.A.M.A., I like it a lot."If it wasn't easy stupid people couldn't do it", Duane. My momma said I could be anything I wanted when I grew up, so I became an a$$hole.
