boinky 0 #11 January 27, 2009 Go with fried or scrambled. They're easiest to make. In the scrambled, you can always throw some stuff in there! I prefer mine fried "over medium." That's when the white is done, but the yolk is still runny. I love eggs benedict, but it's a pain. And who in the world keeps hollandaise sauce on hand (okay...I do, but I'm weird). Icon134 0 #13 January 27, 2009 When Beth and I go to Bob Evans I have their Eggs Bendict but when I make eggs at home I'll either have Fried eggs (Over Medium) or if I have supplies in the house and am feeling adventurous I'll make Omlettes...Livin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife... prodiver913 0 #16 January 27, 2009 Benedict- with Papaya shavings on top of the hollandaise sauce. Yum!! Fried/Over easyish- with syrup, ketchup, or both (i like it , ok?) I'm completely in favor of the separation of Church and State. My idea is that these two institutions screw us up enough on their own, so both of them together is certain death. skymama 37 #18 January 27, 2009 I love an omlette stuffed full of vegetables. I'm not very good at making one though, so I usually end up with scrambled. I use 3 eggs, but only 1 yolk and Pam, not oil or butter. This morning I added tomatoes, pepper, mushroom, spinach and a little bit of ham and cheese. It was yummy!
