BP What you eat and drink will make a difference in your appearance from year to year as well as stress. 15 years ago you may have not grown into your ears, nose, or whatever body part that made you feel ugly. I don't think you can pin all outward appearance on self esteem and life experiences. To me it seems like something genetic that surfaces from time to time.
