kallend 2,092 #33 December 23, 2007 Quote1. Be alive on January 1, 2009. 2. Have no titanium and no more scars than I have now on January 1, 2009. 3. It'd be nice if all of my friends can say the same thing on January 1, 2009. Everything else is gravy. I buy into that as #1 priority. As for the gravy: Not get axed on any big ways. Go over 3 minutes with my wingsuit. Avoid any canopy collisions.... The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one.
Baksteen 84 #34 December 23, 2007 I know.. I guess everyone has that problem to a certain extent. I have found that a great way of meeting people is asking them how many jumps they got, or what they are jumping and why. Should keep you occupied for a few hours And you know you're always welcome at our DZ. ----- My skydiving goals: * get B-licence before my medical examination expires (September 1), which will save me 30-70 euros. * make 101 sk=kydives between jan 01 and dec 31 (I tried to have a hundred jumps before the end of this year too, but to my undescribable frustration I realised yesterday that I probably got stuck - at ninety-fucking-nine ) * Buy my own gear, probably a 190. * Try and stop neglecting my whuffo friends so much. I may not push that 300-400 jumps a years thing ever again but it does not mean I don't love it anymore. This year I want to do some track riding with my bike and am working on setting some things up now.
