Winds out of the south 22G35+ all weekend and then the temp dropped to 20 about 3 hours ago. There is currently some traffic wind advisory about high profile vehicles on East-West roads.

Sometimes Kansas blows becuse Oklahoma sucks.

Beer owed for the first time I fell off the step. Note to jumpers, when jumping in "slushy" weather, airplane steps can be slippery. Be careful if you don't want your stomach to look like the attached picture.

As for the numbers though, the same thing to hit Kansas hit OK..........wind sucks around here. Glad the DZO is wiser than me, cause the itch to jump had me ready to get into 23 knots gust to 33. Wiser heads prevail, sooooooo no jumping here. Gonna suck for a while, but I'm shooting for Skydive Dallas after the New Year!

We're heading down to Dallas in January for our Frozen Chosen weekend. Last year 7 of us had the Caravan to ourselves all weekend. Want to tag along? I think we are looking at the weekend of the 23rd. Last year was so cold we chased off a dude from Alaska after the 8am jump. He said something about a hotel with a hot tub.

9 jumps this weekend, great weekend... a little cold but still had a blast!

beer for my first 11 way attempt, funneled out the door but 7-8 of them got back together. Right as i was about to dock again i looked at my alti and saw us 500 feet from breakoff so i just watched for a few and then turned and tracked like a SOB
