JackR 0 #1 October 18, 2008 We all like to see skydiving stunts on TV. Well, if you missed Season 1, Episode 1 of The Fall Guy, then you probably missed the 5 minute freefall in the opening sequence. Not wo worry, you can catch it all on Hulu.com: http://www.hulu.com/watch/26551/the-fall-guy-the-meek-shall-inherit-rhonda#in-playlistPackin' Jack 42nd Lost Prairie: The Ultimate Answer to Life, the Universe, and Skydiving 25 Jul - 3 Aug 2009 2007 photos: http://www.skydive.com/prairie/pages/prairie.htm

timber 4 #6 October 20, 2008 When my Dad started skydiving at he old Taft drop zone in 1981 we used to see them film "Fall Guy'' and "Thats Incredible" Episodes on many occasions. The Beech 18 belonged to Spike Yarter. He was a cool ol guy. Sadly the plane crashed in 1982 taking 14 friends. Seeing that clip brings back memories! Thanks for posting that! JackR 0 #7 October 21, 2008 I thought that looked like Taft. I jumped there the summer of 1996 and the landscape was awfully familiar.Packin' Jack 42nd Lost Prairie: The Ultimate Answer to Life, the Universe, and Skydiving 25 Jul - 3 Aug 2009 2007 photos: http://www.skydive.com/prairie/pages/prairie.htm

PeregrineFalcon 0 #11 November 30, 2008 I imagine they had some skydiving consultant who would say, "No, you can't have a five-minute freefall. It's just not realistic," and some director saying, "Who cares? No one will know any better."

skybill 22 #13 November 30, 2008 Hi JR, An old Perris regular, Mike Burt, is the guy you see doing the what looks like a "no parachute" exit at the beginning of each episode. He had the rig under the coat!! I have some clips from "escape from Devil's Island" or something where they rode the motorcycles out the back of a Skyvan. I think they filmed those at Otay. Have to ask NTHRIWZ. Some of those sequences were a riot!! Hey guys, lets go try that hahahahhahahahaha!!!SCR-2034, SCS-680 III%, Deli-out
