Gary73 10 #7 November 5, 2008 QuoteOne of the funniest moments in all of television. Without a doubt! For those who haven't seen it, the setup is that the well-intentioned but not-too-bright station manager decided to do a Thanksgiving promotional stunt with no input from the staff. He just got one little thing wrong... http://ballhype.com/video/wkrp_turkey_drop/ "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence." - Carl Sagan

Yeah - but the harness they use. . . and what they do to those poor animals is illegal isn't it? At least in most states and almost all countries?I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun

Thanks for your help; Elvisio "or even a cooked turkey" Rodriguez Hmm... give me a few weeks, I might be able to get this done for you. Winds have to be right at the DZ. It certainly sounds like a fun idea. I was going to try and see what the fall rate of a plump pineapple was next, but frozen turkey... why not? Some hunter is eventually going to be walking through the woods and find a clearing with a smashed pumpkin, and smashed turkey, a decorated christmas tree in splinters, and maybe a crater with an dead easter bunny in it.108 way head down world record!!! http://www.simonbones.com Hit me up on Facebook
