My guess is that in North Dakota :D:D:D

actually an uncle of mine has a video that looks similar to that except his was a home made ultralight he made from a converted old old ass hanglider.

Nothing new here. Gyro copters are like,"older than me!!" I saw photos from some old Janes or something of the Germans having one they'd tow behind a sub out at sea to get survalence of the area (this was before RADAR!!) On a more recent note, try the 1950's, Igor Benson developed the Gyro Copter (Powered) and the Gyro Glider (tow version) Back in '57 or '58 I was 12 or 13 and sent off two box tops and $1.98 for the info pak and a nice scale drawing!! Still have it in my archives!! Too cool dude!!

My dad had a Benson gyro. car towing was a cheap way to get trained they thought back then. My dad even crashed while getting trained in a two seater while being car towed. After that he swore off towing and stuck to power flying his own. I wish I had that bird today.
