jtval 0 #6 August 2, 2008 Quote broke, as in no cash! --Because I live 2.5 hours away from the dropzone. I've driven there twice and jump as many times.(1st time=zero jumps. 2nd=2 before the winds killed the day) --Because the weather sucks here and even if I get there at 8am the winds kill the day by noon. --Because it would take me $50 in gas to get one(maybe 2) $27 skydive. and $52 or $77 is way too fucking much to pay for one jump. --Because for the first time since I started skydiving my rig is out of date. (My year in Korea didn't count) --because I felt like whining about not jumping. My photos My Videos

somethinelse 0 #8 August 2, 2008 I'm pretty broke $ right now. With getting a new apartment, setting that up, if that alone isn't a drag on my funds... My reserve's getting repacked so my rig is basically in hock (so to speak) until that can be paid for. I think I've got a friend to pick it up & pay for mine for an IOU. Thank God for good friends!
