Yep. It's raining pretty hard outside right now. I -had- set aside today to go see Indiana Jones, but about the time I picked up my coat it started hailing! Big chunks, too. They shut down I-10 and people were being diverted this afternoon.

The news reports a tornado flipped a big rig on the 215 freeway yesterday, as well as derailed a freight train. This was somewhere between March Field and downtown Perris. Is the airport okay ?

Those were the only incidents reported. The dz's are fine from what I've heard.

I saw the whole thing. Cruising home from work and thought that was the biggest dust devil I've ever seen but then thought "That's either a huge dust devil or a little tornado". The big rig was on it's side across all lanes and cars were having to single file around it on the shoulder. The other side of the freeway, my side, is where the train cars were knocked over and one car knocked over a power pole into a tree that started a fire. It was just insane to watch it all happening. Then the radio station interrupted the music with the announcement of a tornado touching down.
The tornado went across the freeway just south of March's air museum next to the freeway. It came pretty close to damaging or destroying some beautiful old birds.
