evilivan 0 #1 May 13, 2008 ...once again, exemplary customer service from Larsen and Brusgaard Bought an Optima the other week; my helmet only has external ports and I want to attach it so that I could remove it easily when jumping my FTP. Emailed L&B asking if they had something I could buy, got a reply from Mads inside 30 mins offering to send me a Protektor for free (and apologising for not making a bracket). Arrives two days later (with free spare batteries) ...reminds of the time I dropped my ProTrack and they sent me a replacement for free. L&B rock (...no, I don't work for them and I'm not sponsored by them )"If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation." mrwrong 0 #3 May 13, 2008 I can only agree.... If all companies would have the same level of service there would be NO need for consumer lawyers anymore No I don't work for them, just a HAPPY customer with a ProTrack & a Viso. “The sum of intelligence on the planet is a constant; the population is growing.” - George Bernard Shaw He who dies with the most toys, wins..... dudeist skydiver # 19515 Buy quality and cry once! MikeJD 0 #4 May 13, 2008 Seems like every jumper has either had exceptional service from Larsen and Brusgaard, or knows someone who has. I really think they're the most respected dealer in skydiving. So long as every happy customer takes the time to say thank you, they must be feeling the love by now. But hopefully they're also reaping the benefits in return business and word-of-mouth, and are not about to go bust from giving away too much stuff! livendive 8 #5 May 13, 2008 L&B easily has the best customer service in skydiving, and I can't quickly think of a NON-skydiving company that beats them either. They treated me great the first time I had an issue with my Pro-Track. It's now pretty much dead, but after 1500 jumps and a few episodes of abuse (including being left outside one night, with sprinklers hitting it for over an hour), I think I'll just get another rather than try to take advantage of their great service. Plain and simple, L&B rocks! Blues, Dave "I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!" (drink Mountain Dew)
