Great full page cover photo by Mike Swain of a tandem over Siesta Key beach! What a view! ZeG 0 #4 May 13, 2008 I like the article, it is very well written and should give people who have never jumped, an idea of what it is like and why we do it.
ZeG 0 #5 May 13, 2008 QuoteSo, can fun jumpers go there or is it just for tandems? http://suncoastskydiving.com/ Yes it seems to be open for funjumpers. But they don't mention what kind of license is required for the beach jumps. It only says USPA licensed on the site. But I would imagine they would like to see someone who has water training, so a B license maybe.
marcandalysse 0 #6 May 13, 2008 They were in wachula east of Bradenton, now most weekends they are flying out of a strip on Fruitville east of I-75 (exit 210), much closer to the beaches.
