Each of those words was correctly spelled. But still wrong. The company I worked at fresh out of college did a lot of contracts for the federal government's various health care agencies. As such, we used the word "public" quite a bit. Consequently, we found it important to remove the word "pubic" from our spell checker. I sent out thank you letters to groups that had stayed in our residence over the summer. My closing line in that letter: We look forward to hosing your group again next summer!
