Anybody know XPe?

For the computer people here, I've got a panel running Windows XP Embedded SP1 and it doesn't want to recognize a USB memory key. I'm thinking I need drivers, but all the drivers I've seen out there are for Win98. The key itself is good, and this issue has been known in the past, it's the solution that's evasive.

Can one of the computer peeps out here help me out?
