E-bay (or GREED-bay as I prefer) has changed their policies on a few things....including tha fact that now Paypal can keep a buyers money from you for 3 weeks. The end result is, say you sell something - the buyer lies & says he/she is not happy...they get to keep it & paypal never sends your money.
