Asking that question on an international forum with only a small percentage of it who know what your parts look like is puzzling to me.
Bearing in mind that I have no visual access to your "parts", if any woman showed up at my door in that manner the first thing that would spring to mind would not be "PHWOOAAR!". It would be "UMMMM...OK". There may be some sexual excitement stirring but It would be buried under the curiosity as to which mental institution she had escaped from. Lets face it, turning up naked, wet and ready on the doorstep of someone you don't know is not a sane, rational or safe thing to do.
On the other hand, if that same woman turns up in a nice outfit with a clipboard asking if my cable was providing a satisfactory service, I would be very excited and invite her in.
The parts are only a fraction of what can get a guy excited. The voice, the accent, the eyes, the movement and the conversation can all be just as effective.
