Pilot colours

Can anyone tell me where I can see pictures of aerodyne canopies with realistic colour? The aerodyne colour program is not very authentic. I'd like to see the actual colours on a canopy rather than the computer representations

it would probably be better to tell us all what colours you are looking at these are neon yellow and red not a very good pic but only one under canopy

PD has a more realistic program on their website for coloring canopies. Just select a nine cell like a saber to get an idea of what your pilot would look like.

My Hornet looks just like this attachment but when I do it on the AR website not all the colors match as well.

Pd's "blackberry" is a bit darker than AR's "purple" otherwise the fabric colors are very similar.

Just as a point to note:

I recently ordered a custom Pilot only to find out they've had a bad batch of royal blue fabric. So if you are thinking of ordering a custom aerodyne canopy, the current wait time is already 12 weeks, but longer if you've ordered anything with royal blue.

That is *awesome*. Tough to keep clean, but so pretty!

Just took delivery of mine on the weekend (thanks Barry at FreefallAddicts for that and everything else).

Approach, and landing.

The silver bottom skin is pretty transparent; you can clearly see the golden yellow, just dulled a little bit through it from underneath. I couldn't be happier.

Well, finally i got some in-flight photos made by myself.
I'm not a cameraman yet, thus i installed my trustworthy nikon d70 under the chest strap and that's what i got (see attachment)

I know this thread is 2 years old, but I am about to pick my pilot colors and would love to see a few more pics. If anyone has time to upload their canopy-in-flight photos I would really appreciate it.

The colors I'd like to see are neon yellow, gold, neon orange, neon pink, red and neon purple.

I didn't pick the colors on mine, and wasn't very thrilled with them at first... but it kinda grows on you after a while... plus nobody can say they didn't see me...

Unfortunately I don't have picks of my new pilot but I love my colors. Mostly red and black with a bit of white. It was one of aerodyne's stock color patterns (fire something) but it looks great and is very easy to see from miles away or above.

Somehow I don't see myself flying a black and silver canopy. I'm tending towards neon yellow and royal blue or neon blue (my RW suit colors) or all neon orange (high visibility) or purple/neon pink/neon orange/gold/neon yellow/gold/neon orange/neon pink/purple (happy rainbow stuff). Somehow I think mixing neon and non-neon colors might not work well.
