darkwing 5 #3 February 28, 2006 Lexa, it seems possible that your emails got tagged as spam, since they come from a foreign place, although I can't use that to explain the fax problem. ParaGear has a long history of good business practices, so I have to think there is some special problem with your order. koppel 4 #4 February 28, 2006 I had some trouble with getting a response from them and it turned out to be something to do with my ISP, when I gave them my yahoo address I had no problems getting mail from them again. try calling them, Skype is cheap if your worried about cost good luckI like my canopy... ...it lets me down.
