MagicGuy 0 #1 March 15, 2008 Actually, not really concerned about the clowns. But geez, for the life of me I can not fall asleep tonight. Not sure what's the deal - maybe stress, or just too much on my mind in general. So, what's the remedy (other than logging off of DZ.com) to getting some friggin' rest? Warm milk, cup of tea.. anything?! I hate laying in bed, restless, and not being able to shut off the constant thoughts and worries. Suggestions? I'm desperate at this point.. Thanks! MagicGuy 0 #7 March 15, 2008 Quote Drink 1/4 glass of warm water. Take yourself to a happy place. Sleep well. Ugh, I wish it were that easy. I hate nights like this. I could lay down for hours and just think and think and think.. It's pretty frustrating.

MagicGuy 0 #9 March 15, 2008 Just looked that up on Wikipedia.. interesting, but they actually didn't mention anything about it helping sleep disorders. Besides, I hate taking anything. Maybe I need it, though! As much as I love to sleep, there are times where it is so hard to actually get there.

MagicGuy 0 #13 March 15, 2008 Wow, so much for Wikipedia. That was a way better explanation. What brand (or however it is sold) do you use? I wonder if melatonin is an active ingredient in some of the prescription sleepy pills out there.. would be interested to know!
MagicGuy 0 #14 March 15, 2008 As if it were meant to be, I just stumbled across some NyQuil that I totally didn't know I had. I hope it works.. but hate thinking that it's not going to help at all. We'll see..

lawrocket 3 #19 March 15, 2008 Read this: http://supreme.justia.com/us/95/714/case.html Pennoyer v. Neff is a cure for insomnia. As an aside, it's holding has largely been overtaken by the International Shoe case, but most of the reasoning is still valid. My wife is hotter than your wife.
