internet usage - rules change - memorandum

Quote

if you have nothing good to say...dont post on here anymore...this thing got of topic 6 pages ago....thanks

There it is. The new internet rules.

1. You must have something good to say.
2. You cannot get off the topic. People will just talk about other stuff and that makes it too long.

Thread length techniques -

You must agree with the OP, even if they are incorrect and/or specifically ask for opinions.

Example - they post, "What do you guys think about that?" and that is the only line. Your correct response should be "Umm... I don't know. What do you think?"

That way, you can agree with the thoughts and intent of the OP immediately. This is especially helpful if their purpose is trolling. Without response, trolls will leave the internet and resume punching their 11 yo sister in the arm.

Sometimes, they are just wrong, but adamant and indignant. In that case, they ask for opinions, but actually just seek confirmation from their limited group of ill-informed minions.

In both cases, immediate agreement will allow the thread to die shortly and save bandwith for such imminently valuable matters, such as porn... or umm... porn.

This information should be publicized through CNN for the purpose of improving the internet (because no one will listen to a presidential announcement on tv) .

Of course, this is just my opinion.

What do you think?
;)
