Head east from the south pole?

Recommended Posts

Antartica is divided in to two regions east antartica and west antartica and the prime meridean/international date line are the dividing lines. Will look it up when I get off work.

Here's a map of Antarctica if you look at it on the left side is western Antarctica aka lesser Antarctica to the right is eastern Antarctica or greater Antarctica. they are divided by the prime meridian an international date line, witch also divides the earth between the eastern and western hemispheres. how do I know all this ... Been there !!!!!:P

When you are at the south pole, the only way to go an easterly direction is spin clockwise. Want to go west? spin counter-clockwise.

I think.:|

Works for me I guess. ;)
