katzurki 0 #1 March 31, 2006 Other than USAPR, are there any other complete senior rigger training courses in the US that operate either in January, or the summer (which USAPR does not)?

riggerrob 643 #5 March 31, 2006 Don't know if you can wait this long ... Looks like there will one or two riggers' courses in Canada in November 2006. The first course will be at Novelaire, Farnham, Quebec (near Montreal) and the second course will be in Niagara, Ontario or Halifax, Nova Scotia. katzurki 0 #6 March 31, 2006 I am in no hurry whatsoever! However, I can only travel in the summer, or late January/early Feb. If I don't make it for Mark's course in June, I will definitely try Dave's as it seems a perfect fit for the next year. Thanks for the responses. riggerrob 643 #12 April 1, 2006 I will teach the course at Nouvelair. While I am bilingual, most of the lectures will be in English - with pauses for translations.
riggerrob 643 #13 April 1, 2006 Pre-levels for every CSPA Rigger A Course (including the one in Moncton or Halifax) include: 18 years old B Certificate of Proficiency 10 reserve repacks (under the supervision of a licensed rigger) curiousity Whether the course is held in Moncton or Halifax depends upon where the majority of the checks come from. I won't decide until I have four checks in hand.
