stratostar 5 #3 April 10, 2006 What are you a PHAT ASS or something. No really how much do you weight and how long has it been since you jumped it, I get soft stand ups under a MK-1 and really soft stand ups under a 27ft russian and I'm 220 to 230 out the door, then again the canopies I jump are well cared for and not worn out, but as old as sparky. LOL Just take a big dump before you jump and you'll be fine. ~you can't pay for kids schoolin' with love of skydiving! ~ Airtwardo
CISSCO101 0 #4 April 11, 2006 No I am only 200 out the door and the canopy is like new less than twenty jumps, but I wanted a little softer just for my knees. I have about 2500 PC jumps thats why I want softer. Thanks for your advise
airtwardo 7 #5 April 11, 2006 Your name looks really familiar...did you ever jump in Annawan or Rock Falls.....'back in the day'?? ~ If you choke a Smurf, what color does it turn? ~
stratostar 5 #6 April 11, 2006 I kind of thought you had done your share looking at your numbers. If all else fails wrap the knees and don't forget to take a big dump before you jump, and a little wind is your friend. ~you can't pay for kids schoolin' with love of skydiving! ~ Airtwardo
