Now, as far as getting taken by the salesman.. if i do get a separate tv/dvd, should i plan on buying the expensive dvd player and cords as he said? or just get a cheap $25.00 player. i am pretty happy with this so far.. but i'll keep checking the prices at all the stores in the next 30 days to see if a better deal comes up. The key is not to buy the component video cable from Best Buy. (or the USB cable, or the printer cable back when printers didn't use USB). Best Buy is notorious for selling $2-5 cables for 30-100 bucks. I don't see anything wrong with the dvd integrated into the TV if the price increase is small. It should be less than $50 more.
