I still can't decide if you in a snowbank is a FUN thing, or whether I should just kind of cautiously back away now. "Get even" could go sooooo many ways!

Yeah, "ill" intent isn't generally the problem with you, from what I can tell. You just need to come with your own warning label.

Oh, really? Should we make this a poll? It would have to be a two-parter, about whether you are, in fact, a hazard, and when we determine that you are, we need to decide what your warning label should say.
