Which is no big deal, lots of people do. I have been doing it for years. I donate Platelets (Apheresis) every two weeks, which takes about 3 hours in the morning.

But today was my 300th donation - so I think I will toot my own horn a bit.....

300 is VERY impressive. Both my patients and I thank you! When it's needed, it's NEEDED. And it's good to have it in the lab to use.

I'm not due again until just before Christmas (if my hemoglobin is good enough)... My goal is 10 gallons.
