Misslmperfect 0 #35 November 28, 2007 i have always thought there was no way to get rid of that smell. however, my dad told told me of some kind of enzyme that the maintenance people in his office building use to clean their carpets. its sold at home depot...i bought some and it worked like a charm. the smell was, and still is completely gone. i cant remember the name - i just went in and asked a employee, and he knew exactly what i was talking about. you just mix it with water and spray. hope that vague description helps!
