Guiness is totally yummy! i drink it when the oppertunity arises! its a pity its so expensive here (South Africa) though i wouldnt recommend it for everyday! Its packed with calories! would pick up a lot of weight lol!

Not true.
As onle of their ad campigns stated:
Only 126 Calories (Not on purpose)

They tested it a few years back and found this out.

Sam Light 124 calories.
