Then, there's PM's by "title" and PMs by "certification" or education (one can get a Master's in PM). Then there's standards-based certifications and competency-based certifications. Some positions require certification, some education +certification. If you really need a PM, one of your best sources would be the Project Management Institute that has a classifieds section.
