I have a small list excluding a few family members: Steve Beth Clint Dave T (WA) Dave T (CA) J Nick Amazon Deb O These are people that I truly feel would be there for me with open arms and heart. People who no matter what would give of themselves openly without expectations or alterior motives (well maybe J & Turtle ) - I would do the same for these people. No, Turtle, no sharing! I mean if you used to be friends with someone and had a falling out... wouldn't it be really hurtful to hear you weren't on the "list". Sounds like another damn popularity contest to me. Whatever... I trust my family... beyond that, certain people who do know who they are, and if you're not on the list; I don't want you to be hurt by that fact so I'll just keep it to myself. There are sooooo many people on this website it's impossible to know everyone close enough to trust everyone. If it's taken as a popularity contest it's because that person perceives it to be that way. They have the right to their feelings, just as I have the right to express to those around me who I love and trust. I've never had the pleasure of meeting you in person, thereby you would not be on a list of people whom I would trust, nor would I expect to be on a list of yours - common sense. Mostly my closest mates, alot of which come from work as we've been in tricky situations in the past and come out ok, quite literally proving that when the going gets tough, they won't run in the opposite direction, they will stand at your side and support you. Well that's different than the type of people I'd trust with a secret...or with my money...or to watch my daughter (love you all but nobody here is qualified to watch the boys ). There are people you'd trust to come pick you up in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night if someone left you stranded...then there are people that you'd trust with your bank account number to deposit your pay check for ya or something... Some people I'd trust to drive my truck...some I wouldn't. Some of those people that I've let drive my truck I wouldn't let hang out with my kids...-not that I don't trust that they would do bad things, just that they don't have enough experience with rug rats to know that they don't exactly make the best choices for themselves and need some guidance...There are a few friends I trust enough to tell the truth about stuff...everyone else gets the watered-down version.
