PSA: Dental Care

Don't scrubba scrubba scrubba with your toothbrush nor use tartar control toothpaste. I recently went to my Dentist and thought I would be told that I needed a root canal since my pain was really bad. Apparently I have receited gumline on my back teeth and it's from the way I brush my teeth and the harsh tartar control toothpaste I've been using forever. So I've switched to Sensodyne and a softer toothbrush.

My dentist told me that too. I have actually scrubbed the enamel right off my teeth. How weird is that?

My hygenist wanted me to come in 3x a year, until I bought an electric toothbrush! Something about the virtues of flossing.

I've heard that as well. I actually recently switched to a totally natural toothpaste and the health of my teeth and gums has improved significantly.
