Dougjumper 0 #10 August 22, 2007 Hot as F%&k and no rain in sight. We’ll have a high around 100 degrees today; this would tie a record high for the date (set in 1983; the lowest record high on the books over the last three weeks). We are breaking all sorts of records in this heat wave: today will be the 13th time we’ve hit 100…that’s a new record for any month in the last 137 years of record keeping in Nashville. Today will be the 20th day of 95 or higher: that’s a new mark for any summer of record. We are expecting more 100’s to show up tomorrow and Friday. Really miserably hot and humid here. Been that way for a couple of weeks and we're tired of it.skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com
