boinky 0 #1 August 15, 2007 I personally think this (and the other videos) are freakin' awesome!! Of course, there are people complaining about the routines being "inhumane, and akin to torture." There's always going to be someone who will have a problem with anything. But come on...they're in PRISON, for God's sake. It's not necessarily supposed to be a vacation. And the routines didn't look that hard to me. Just a lot of marching, etc. Personally, I think that making them get out and do these dances is good for them. It's exercise and they're in the fresh air. Don't all health experts say that those are two of the best ways for a PMA? Plus, they're not able to sit in their cells, etc. and plot revenge. And it sure beats the hell[ out of our prison system where they sit on their asses and watch television and complain about supposed cruelties because they had to eat powdered eggs for breakfast. aprilcat 0 #2 August 15, 2007 Looks just like Girls Gym Class in High School with better music. I agree that this is a better program than sitting around watching tv. They aren't lifting weights where they can just drop a 20lb'er on somone or hanging around in little groups hating other groups. There MUST be some kind of reward system for getting the steps right. You can see such a big difference in the dancing between the men in the other videos and the women in the center of this video. The women just seem to move a little more fluidly. Didn't mean to laugh, but got a kick out of 'Mother Superior' in her habit with orange underneath.
