drenaline 0 #1 November 7, 2002 Sorry I post this here but I think this is the only place where I will get decent answers from ladies with experience. I was wondering if you liked the first surprise kiss pass you got or if you think that it was a bold action from the man and that it shouldn't be repeat it again. How was the reaction once you landed (you wanted to kill the man or thank him or kiss him again, I dunno what else...). I ask cause am planning of giving a kiss pass to the new ladies in the sport, kinda a welcome to RW kinda thing but I have no idea how they will react and I would like some feedback from you ladies before doing something that might give me a life sentence (in hate or love, who knows). Also if you know of somebody who didn't liked it, can you share the story of why she didn't liked it. Oh yeah how many jumps do you recommend she must have before reciving her first altitude kiss? Thanks, your input will save my cheek from a lot of slaps. HISPA 21 www.panamafreefall.com

skymama 37 #3 November 7, 2002 I think any girl that you have a good rapport with on the ground would be happy to get a surprise kiss pass, as long as you didn't try to slip her the tongue. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon
FallinWoman 1 #4 November 7, 2002 I got my first kiss pass on jump 193. I guess I didn't mind too much....since I am now his GF!!! And I second what Andrea said....no tongue...not in freefall!!! Anne ~Anne I'm a Doll!!!!
FallinWoman 1 #5 November 7, 2002 I think I also liked it cuz it was totally unexpected....so go for it....it is a rite of passage in skydiving and it is fun, especially if she is surprised! Anne ~Anne I'm a Doll!!!!
mouth 0 #6 November 7, 2002 I got my first kiss pass from my JM on my level 4 relaxation dive. When we got to the ground he was laughing so hard at me because my eyes got huge and I was so shocked I had no choice but to relax. I managed to pass level 4 after that so it was a good thing. He also caught me again about jump #300 just for old times. I think kiss passes are fun, but make sure it doesn't detract form the dive. If everyone is more interested in a kiss pass than the dive then it sorta defeats the purpose of planning a jump. . -- Hot Mama At least you know where you stand even if it is in a pile of shit. wmw999 2,544 #8 November 7, 2002 I don't really remember my first kiss pass, but I agree about the no tongue bit... Make it pretty quick, too, unless you know her awfully well. Good question. katiebear21 0 #9 November 7, 2002 Betsy - Right on girl! I am a kiss pass virgin as well. Think that has anything to do with the full face helmet that I am attached to? I think I'm going to have to give it up... I have my eye on a monkey that would gladly de-virginize me! Tongue or no tongue! ladyskydiver 0 #11 November 7, 2002 I've had 2 kiss passes. My first one caught me by surprise and wasn't one that I appreciated - nice guy, but.... The 2nd kiss pass was very nice and appreciated. So, my 2 cents worth, go for it. The worst that can happen is she (or you) don't like it. The best...you may get more.Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! eeneR 3 #12 November 7, 2002 Heh...My first one was nice..... My second one completely caught me by suprize...it was on a sunset load with this guy who was coaching me...(cute too) It was funny...cause he pointed to show me the gorgous sunset....and dumb newbie me thought he wanted me to track that way....So off I went...That was a funny moment....and a moment it was....cause a few months later we started dating, and a year later he is the love of my life....They are a wonderful thing as long as no one is offended....and make sure they dont have an SO...If they do it to you and have an SO, then its a different story...eeneR She is not a "Dumb Blonde" - She is a "Light-Haired Detour Off The Information Superhighway." eeneR TF#72, FB#4130, Incauto

CanuckInUSA 0 #18 November 7, 2002 Quote I never had one You're not alone, I've never been kissed either (in free fall that is). But I hardly ever jump with other people (they just don't want to jump with me) and I've only jumped with a girl once. So what's a struggling skydiver to do? Jessica 0 #20 November 7, 2002 QuoteAnd I second what Andrea said....no tongue...not in freefall!!! I'm gonna have to agree with Jess on that one. Having a real kiss with your SO in freefall is amazing. Michele 1 #22 November 7, 2002 Steve - QuoteBut I hardly ever jump with other people (they just don't want to jump with me) Uh, I'll jump with you if I get to Eloy, but I can't promise we'll even stay in the same patch of sky..... As to the kissing, I haven't been kissed. Someone offered to kiss me, but we had the same jump numbers at the time, and I felt it was too dangerous....although it would've been nice at some point when it didn't pose a danger (perceived or real) to me and him. Something about a kiss pass with two newbies brought thoughts of teeth swallowing and blood, which somehow detracted from the allure of it. Sigh. dove 0 #23 November 7, 2002 My first kiss pass was also from a JM. I thought it was great! But beware who you kiss when kissing newbies. They might interpret it as a sign of interest instead of just a right of passage. I can't count how many kiss passes I have since then. The majority are initiated by me - girls and guys a like! I've only had a few wet kiss passes. They are fun, but messy! Fall in dove.
CanuckInUSA 0 #24 November 7, 2002 Quote Uh, I'll jump with you if I get to Eloy, but I can't promise we'll even stay in the same patch of sky.....As to the kissing LOL ... I should fess up here and shouldn't whine too much about not being kissed in free fall. You see, lately I've resorted to wearing a Bonehead Boomerang (with the visor removed) full face helmet because I'm not all that keen at the prospects of colliding with someone and losing my teeth in free fall. So kissing me in free fall while I'm wearing my helmet is kind of difficult. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
SpeedRacer 1 #25 November 7, 2002 What puzzles me: The kiss passes I have seen in Parachutist etc. looks like the two are only touching with their lips. I would assume you would want to fly up to each other and brace yourselves by gripping arms/hands etc. before you planted a kiss. obviously, I'm a kiss pass virgin too.
