My info may be dated, but as I understood it, they keep containers in stock which are completed except for some of the harness stitching, enabling them to take your measurements and quickly finsh the harness to your size."There are only three things of value: younger women, faster airplanes, and bigger crocodiles" - Arthur Jones. riggerrob 643 #3 July 30, 2006 All manufacturers have a few stock rigs laying aorund because they were the wrong harness size (usually because a customer invented a new measuring method Hee! Hee!), wrong container size, the color clashed with the customer's eye-liner, customer went broke, etc. Just ask them. Your next e-mail should be to the Relative Workshop. Your second e-mail should be to a major dealer for Relative Workshop: Square One, Para-Gear, etc.
EAerodyne 0 #4 August 1, 2006 We have both the kind described by riggerrob, as well as & over and above the ones Rob describes...I believe close to 40 containers in stock at Aerodyne in Tampa. The harness is not sewen yet, and so it can be custom fit to your measurements and sent out to you. The harness's all include multi ring harness assemblies and all available options for the standard price. So you get a pretty good deal on them too. Turn around to get it custom fitted to your body size is 2 weeks. Go to flyaerodyne.com and check out the stock list or talk to a distributor should you need any further advice, or please do not hesitate to contact myself or any member of my staff, we'd be happy to serve you. kind regards and blue skies Bushman
PD126r 0 #5 August 8, 2006 Quote so do they, or do the not have stock containers anymore?? I bought a stock rig from RWS a couple of years ago. The rigs are complete (which means you won't get to choose your own horrible colors ;) ) except for the harness which is made to your measurements. This worked out beautifully for me, I strongly recommend it. Contact RWS to get a list on what's available.
