DeNReN 0 #1 June 26, 2007 Ok so it took me quite a few years to hit 100.........but I finally did it Now...who has a question for me as I now know it all???????? nothing special for my 100th ..except doing a ceiling check 1st jump of the day....2200 ft is damn low for me.....but the others got out.... pitch...wait.....wait....snivel...snivel.... ok...let go of plan B...shit opened 1100 ft and lets get back to the DZ and into a pattern... Heart was pounding harder then my 1st jump. So bring on the questions about swooping or wingsuits or camera ..hell anything...

skydemon2 0 #3 June 26, 2007 If Im swooping my badass Quadra v-tec 225 at a wing loading of 1.8 at a elevation of 5000 agl, at what altitude would I have to start my 270 deg. carve in order to plane out at 3 ft. above the ground? (minimum clothing drag, hma lines, removable slider and rds) What would my maximum speed be? How much lift would I generate? And how many lbs of force would I need on my rear risors to get the maximum plane out? What would my average swoop distance be with these conditions? (headwind of 2.8 mph on each jump) And yes, these numbers will give you all the answers!! Good luck ! Oh and congrads on the 100th! Beauty is only skin deep, but ugly goes clean to the bone! I like to start my day off with a little Ray of Soulshine™!!
