No, she was never charged with insider trading. She was charged with "obstruction of justice", i.e. she was charged with not cooperating with an investigation, when in fact the investigation never provided evidence that she committed any crime.

Good point, but it was meant as a joke. Besides, this is Paris we're talking about. She has no redeeming qualities. I am going to use her as an example of what NOT to be or do, along with the other attention-whores like Lohan, Richie, Spears and Love, when my girl grows up. If she bitches or moans in the future about not getting to do something I don't want her to, I'll refer to these examples as what happens when parents let them do whatever they want.

I care about what happens to my girl, as I know you care about yours.
