Skydave103 0 #35 May 31, 2007 Why would you want an "entry" level bike? Unless you are 5'5" or shorter or a chick, there is no reson to buy a Sportster. If you are short buy a Lowrider or Deuce. for the same price (9K) i bought this. 2fat2fly 0 #37 May 31, 2007 That looks so much better without the fatboy solid wheels-good choiceI am not the man. But the man knows my name...and he's worried
Skydave103 0 #38 May 31, 2007 Yeah Im with you on that. Dont like the solid wheels. They get squirrely in crosswinds and look to bulky. The bike is big enough without the addition of the solid wheels..........ohh wait, maybe the is why they call it a "Fatboy"!! hahahaha LifeshouldNOTbeajourneytothegravewithawellpreservedbody, buttskidinsideways, cigarinone hand, martiniintheother, bodythoroughlyused upandscreaming:"WOO HOO!! Dumpster 0 #47 May 31, 2007 2000 FXDWG - paid 9500. Next step - 16" apehangers (1" diameter,) lowered front and rear, Badlander seat, strip the saddlbags and add these really cool quick-detach ones I saw at the dealership (still leather but don't leave and big ugly brackets behind) Wires will run through the handlebars and the cables / hoses will be swapped with the S.S. braided kind. Paint will be black with very subtle purple ghost flames - Custom, not the H-D bolt-on paint shop crap. I'll keep the drag pipes. Easy Does It
