Who would've thought yeear ago here in OZ the price diference bwtween the 2 was like 3000 but the big bore kit was only 1200, not manay 1200 sporties got sold I couldn't imagine why. The only thing I love/hate about my bike is all that damn chrome! Looks great, but damn! Talk about a pain in the ass for cleaning! I use Mr Sheen (you lot call it somthing else, little bold guy with specs on the can) it has a silicone base and leaves a light film, all i do is wipe the bike over weekly and every other month i'l polish it............................. maybe I gotta clean before shining here... too much dust and sand the silicone film prevents the dust and shite from sticking, that's WHY i use it When you live here the dirt and sand sticks to everythingSome people refrain from beating a dead horse. I will spend days on my road glide and never get uncomfortable...of course I used to ride a hard tail and a home built custom, so the dresser is a caddilac to me! normiss 798 #93 June 3, 2007 funny...I had just started thinking after that last post what I would have were I to win the lottery.... the old twin Harley bobber hard tail springer...the Ducati 996....the Bimota Tesi oh the suspension!...the Road Glide for the long trips...the Kawasaki KLR (the only in-line 4 I like)...possibly even a Triumph Daytona....not sure I ever like the thumpers much....the old 60's panhead Harley too...and of course a Buell....love the twins also...hell the Suzuki TL1000r is also very effing awesome!!! honestly....ride what you love so long as you ride...but we'll all still give each other a fuckload of shit over your personal choice as it would be no fun if we all liked the same team! your u-joint still holding up allright????wait....isn't the SP1000 the "Y" motor twin????
