JustaBill 0 #1 August 26, 2006 I have the L&B Solo with my alarms set at 4500, 3500 and 2000. Due to low clouds we were doin H & P's from a cessna 182 today. We were right at 3500 on my Alti 2. When I went out on the step to do a poised exit off the strut the pull alarm (2nd alarm sound) went off while I was still on the step. Was no real big deal just kind of took me by surprise. My question is could me quickly stepping out of the cabin into the higher pressure air under the wing have tricked it into thinking I was in freefall?------------------------------------------------ I've done so much, with so little, for so long I'm now expected to do everything with nothing forever
Miami 0 #2 August 27, 2006 More likely the 182 was decending a bit as you were on the step and it happened to be enough to trigger the audible, but hey, it could have been higher pressure air under the wing.Miami
