bshl 0 #1 May 22, 2007 All three of my kids like to "skydive." My oldest son took his backpack, tied a couple of rings to it to act as leg straps and announced that he had made a rig and was going skydiving. I was impressed that he thought of the leg straps himself, grabbed the camera and here's what I caught... Blue skies and happy landings!

PikzeeVikzen 0 #3 May 22, 2007 That is precious. My 2 year old tells me he's going to fly with mommy and tries to catch the wind. That made for an awesome pic! I'm the twist that turns your key....

Sorry to be the one to tell you this, but it appears to me as if your son may be more of a BASE jumper, than skydiver. I mean he's already jumping fixed objects, and the lazy arch on exit really gave it away. SkyDivinRyan 0 #6 May 22, 2007 looks more like a base jump with a floater exit with a rw arch and a nice wingover swoop on final haha
jonstark 8 #7 May 22, 2007 The other day my 8 yr old son asked me if BASE jumping was much different from skydiving. I replied that yes it is very different but used parachutes too. He said "When are you going to take me?" uh oh... jon
bshl 0 #8 May 22, 2007 Uh, yeah. He and my 8-year-old daughter have both done that. Fortunately I was there to act as an accuracy pad. My wife shudders at the BASE aspect they're already practicing. She liked her tandem jump and wants to go again, though, so that's a plus. Blue skies and happy landings!

turtlespeed 226 #11 May 22, 2007 Is that a 270 he's doing in the last one? I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun
