Or you could have a blood clot in front of your brain and it oozes into your nose cavity. Happened to my cousin. It got in there after he had a seizure, but it was too big to fall out of the nose, so the doctors got a pair of pliers and got ahold of it and wriggled it out, the hard way! Took 4 orderlies just to hold him down!
