skydive houston is north west of the city.

houston has tons of: bars, strip clubs, live music and dance clubs.
and pretty much all sytles of resturants. there's even a few comdey clubs too.

That said, what are you looking for? The Houston Press (free newspaper) has information on a lot of current stuff, and can give you ideas on where to go. Yes, the two closest DZs are Spaceland and Skydive Houston.
